Stainless Steel / SS corrugated flexible hose pipes are generally build from SS321 or SS316L grade stainless steel. These hoses are designed in such a way that it’s up-to 70% lighter than conventional hoses while providing up-to 3x the service life. SS corrugated flexible hose pipes are extremely flexible in nature. Plus due to their corrugated design they turn out to be the best option for vacuum applications. Since SS corrugated flexible hose pipes by themselves can’t restrain much pressure, they are given a reinforcement treatment with SS wire braiding. Braid wires are of SS304 or SS316L grade. Such reinforced SS corrugated flexible hose pipes are known as SS wire braided flexible hose pipes. These hoses are best suitable for high temperature, short bend radius, hygienic & food grade applications.
